Pros
Sweet neighbors and Cool Roof that everyone has access to.
Cons
It’s really hard to get air conditioner in some parts of the apartment. The laundry machines have mold on some floors and it’s dirty. Some driers can’t take more change and it doesn’t dry well either.
Advice to the owners
Take care of the laundry room

Cheap rent, great roof, great location.
Cons
Slow/rude landlord, dirty building, buzzers don’t work, impossible to get anything cleaned maintained or fixed
