Most people are so friendly. Management is super responsive.

Neighbors are so entitled.

Good building, sour management
Pros
Service people! Almost all are really good, helpful, and caring. One or two seem disengaged and disinterested in being helpful.
Cons
Management People are mostly rude, unkind, and cold.
Advice to the owners
Professional development for managers. They don’t have to be jerks. They need to learn to behave more humanely. What are they afraid of? Being personable will make them weak?
