Incredibly kind landlords, building has its own vacuum system built in, beautiful interiors with original details retained. Great water pressure/temperature. Have not had a single cockroach or mouse sighting during my 3 year stay. Right next to a well stocked bodega/deli. Very quiet at night.
Radiators are not functional but there is central air available for cooling/heating.
