Good for Transition in Life

Pros

I liked the old original terrazzo floors in the common hallways, although they could be better maintained.

Cons

I hated the double security entry door buzzer situation. It felt like a shoddy and unsafe building. I also hated to walk up to my apartment with a ton of groceries or laundry to the third floor, it sucked!! I also did not appreciate the smell of Indian food from my neighbor on my floor. The smell got everywhere, that really sucked. One random night my neighbor below me tried to use my fire escape to get to the roof but I caught her and told her to get off the fire escape so as not to break her neck.

Advice to the owners

Replace the front door, get a keycard system, please upgrade that crap. Insulate the steam riser in the bathroom, that is a scalding hazard in the fall/winter. Replace the steam radiator valves and make sure they work, the steam heat can be overwhelming in the winter.
