Worse Owners in NYS

Pros:
The neighbors are nice, elderly, will greet you and friendly. Everyone in the building mostly keeps to themselves but will interact with you crossing paths
Cons:
Management doesn’t care about their buildings or residents. Will not have heat in the winter. Will not fix any problems in your unit but will QUICKLY take you to court when you don’t pay due to poor living conditions that they WILL NOT FIX
Advice to owner:
Do better. Your management skills is terrible. From the main office, to staffing to resolving issues on your properties. You show your residents that you’re only in it for the money and that’s it
