It was OK
Pros
Common areas were clean and neighbors were friendly. Location can’t be beat.
Cons
Apartment was cramped and tiny. Insane rodent issue. Super was non responsive. There was a buzzing noise at night so if you are a light sleeper I would advise against.

A mice paradise
Pros
Responsive landlord. Clean hallways. They do not raise the rent much every year. There’s a virtual door man. Safe building.
Cons
Super is very unresponsive. There are mice. There is noise. No light gets into the building.
