Pros

renovated apartment unit (stainless steel appliances, laundry in unit, electric stove, and full size fridge) no pet fees

Cons

stairway is unkept and unclean (full of dust) building management was unsupportive and gave no ample notice to a 6 hour water shut off front entrance door to building can get stuck
