Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent reviews of properties managed by Martin Templer reveal significant concerns regarding management responsiveness and building upkeep. Tenants describe issues such as poor cleanliness, infrequent maintenance, and a lack of timely communication from management. While some appreciate modern amenities and a strong sense of community among neighbors, many are frustrated by rising rents and unresolved maintenance problems. Pest control is noted as effective, but overall satisfaction is hampered by the perception of neglect from management. Prospective renters should be cautious, as many current residents do not recommend these buildings due to management shortcomings.

Landlords are crooks

Pros

Modern features in apartment

Cons

Landlords will raise rent an insane amount. They are overvaluing what people will pay for this basic apartment

Great Building to live in, but with poor management

Pros

- Updated appliances, kept clean, conveniently located within Williamsburg, spacious units, lovely neighbors

Cons

Often loud on the street due to corner block parties, management often late to respond to requests or completely ignores them, poor communication from management, did not repaint my apartment on move-in after I asked.
