Love it, but has its drawbacks
Former Tenant
Pros:
Stabilized- cheap- spacious- safe
Cons:
Moldy bathroom, leaks, outdated
Advice to owner:
Do more than just paint over reported mold issues, have better follow up on repairs, have better pest control services.

Beware: Bed bugs
Former Tenant
Pros:
Excellent area and wonderful neighbors
Cons:
Unsure how the 1 year bed bug history is reported as “no”
Advice to owner:
You’ve run down a perfectly good building due to non-repairs and infestations
