Reviews

Former tenant·Over 3 years ago

Terrible greedy, ignorant management

Pros

Updated appliances and structures

Cons

Neighbors smell, loud, smokers and drunk people enter the building to occupy the lobby and stairwells, management never responds to problems and increases rent $200 a year unless you negotiate, didn’t return security deposit, takes advantage of college students

Advice to the owners

Change your management company. Horrible, charges for every little issue and then doesn’t help solve issues around the apartment and building
