Great area. Close to everything you need and the train!
I have a leak in my room since last november. Moving out due to leak. There was mold and they repainted and sprayed mold spray even though there was a lot of mold. It leaks for about 20 mins every morning. Steady dripping. I have a bucket in my room. Moving out because of this.
Fix the leak.
