Great sublet times square
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is in a great location, the noise is pretty low given the proximity to times square. Hallways are clean, I've only seen one bug in three months here. I seldom see the neighbors, the landlord is responsive and fixed the only issue (off hinge door) within 24 hours. Everything works, I was only there for the summer but the AC did not give out. The apartment was fully furnished and all appliances worked. This was a great and reliable find, especially given the horror stories I've heard. I felt safe in the building at all times and the landlord was great.
At the end of the lease I received my full security deposit back minus the electric bill for the last month.
Cons:
The electric bill was really high for the apartment size. I spent about $120 to have the AC set at 73-78 for a month in a one bedroom apartment.
Advice to owner:
None, great apartment and management
