Poor service and communication

Mostly clean and quiet
Cons
They are unresponsive to calls and emails. I have a rodent issue for months with minimal response and no help. There was a leak in my kitchen for 3 months, damaged countless supplies and utensils. When I moved in I wasn't able to get the gas turned on for the first 2 months.

Great live in attentive super. Good neighbors.
Cons
It is located on a noisy corner and the windows are not great at keeping noise out.
