Not the best, Not the worst
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent was cheap (signed a lease right after Covid, though), nice neighbors, responsive and kind live-in super, love the neighborhood
Cons:
The building was kinda dirty, but didn’t have any major issues til the last few months of our lease. After a bad storm, mice came up into our apartment (4th floor). I was able to patch up holes and get rid of them on my own, but management wasn’t any help. Packages were stolen sometimes. Also when we used our tub once, the ceiling in the unit below us fell in. Also the lock on our door kept breaking so we got locked out and one time locked in our apartment, but the super fixed it pretty quickly every time it broke.

Not the best
Former Tenant
Pros:
Short walking distance to subway and groceries, laundry right across the street.
Management is generally quick to respond.
Cons:
Common areas are extremely dirty, garbage isn’t managed well. Requests to fix existing damages, leaking sinks etc were responded to promptly, however the person sent in to fix these things cut corners and basically just put a bandaid on things instead of fixing it properly/replacing items.
