Decent walk-up building with nice landlord
Pros
Neighbors are nice and quiet, no amazon theft issues and units are reasonably well maintained
Cons
Floorplans are decent but could be better

Not bad, Not Great
Pros
Great location/neighborhood, excellent neighbors, price is pretty good relative to the area, heating is solid, apartments have character. Great proximity to subway lines.
Cons
Communication is tough for repairs/pests, apartments are old and a bit dated, fixes are often only half done, rent was raised 25% (!!) despite assurances when signing the lease that any increase would be reasonable
