Overall Great Apartment
Pros
Convenient location right across the street from the Q, good price for a 1 bedroom, good sized bedroom, big kitchen for nyc standards.
Cons
Across the street from 2 constriction sites. A majority of the noise is over from putting the foundation in but the street itself gets crowded and the crosswalk isn't really there.

Very happy here
Pros
I've lived here for several years. The owners are very nice and responsive. The super is helpful. I've never had problems with bugs or anything. The walls are solid and thick enough that I can't hear my neighbors except when they are in the hallway.
Cons
The building is not pet friendly.
