Pros:
There is nothing good about the new owners. They sublease the other half of the building to a management to run a shelter.
Cons:
Floors are bad and hallow. You can hear the people upstairs, the noise is like having it right next to you. Landlord don’t want to fix floors, rats, roaches infestation or provide proper heating
Advice to owner:
Invest in fixing the building instead of ignoring the tenants and get easy money from the city agencies
