Many residents cite poor cleanliness, inadequate heat, and frustrating garbage management, alongside persistent pest issues. Worst landlord I've had in NYC

Pros

Solid location at a reasonable price

Cons

Landlord is a liar and a cheat. Withholds security deposit from every tenant on fake charges that can easily be fought in court, but most people do not have the time to go fight him in court.
