Cheap for a reason

Pros

Location is great. Elevator building. Quiet neighborhood.

Cons

Pests pests pests. Saw a flying roach three days into move in. They do extermination once a month but still not solving issue. Garbage room is always over flowing and carpets in hallways aren’t cleaned often

Close to all major highways, trains & Buses. Great elementary school

Walls are very thin and smell of moldy through heating vents
