Window light is nice. Good location (if you don't mind noise).

Cons

This building is a mess. Piles of garbage on the stairwells, crumbling walls on the stairway, elevator frequently out of order, heat is iffy. Don't even try moving a sofa in — elevator is the tiniest and stairway is too narrow.
