Cute space, small, cozy, the landlord is very nice and sweet, hot water and electricity are always running, neighbors are sweet, and no noise complaints from parties or loud music, good starter apt, walkable distance to Pratt Institute.
Shady area, my delivery orders got stolen quite often, small place, rooms are built like trapeziums, no packages come to the building, and no laundry available.
