Quiet building in a noisy area
Pros
Modern layout, windows hermeticaly sealed and prevent noise
Cons
Super loud stair case, walls in staircase are depressing, no community in building, each one for himself, washing machine requires exiting the building (not fun in winter or in general)
Advice to the owners
Make staircase less echoing and less gray and depressing.
Not worth the money
Pros
The building is new, pest control is great, Blake responds quickly, other tenants are nice. This isn’t a bad place to live, however, it’s not worth the rent $. I’ve lived in nicer neighborhoods for cheaper.
Cons
The neighborhood, the rent is too high for the neighborhood. The street is LOUD. You wouldn’t think it was noisy but always something blasting in the middle of the night. Always garbage around the building, they put flowers and greenery but somehow there’s just always garbage around. The in building washer & dryer isn’t great. Might as well go to a laundry mat.
