Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant feedback for buildings managed by JOSEPH ROUBENI highlights a consistently responsive and attentive management team that tenants greatly appreciate. Buildings are generally praised for cleanliness, well-maintained common areas, and polite neighbors, contributing to a comfortable living environment. However, some residents note issues with noise from surrounding streets or nearby parties and occasional concerns about water pressure, heating, and air conditioning units. While amenities are modest, management makes efforts to maintain the buildings well, and tenants recommend these properties, especially valuing the prompt maintenance and respectful handling of concerns.

Great place, unfortunately loud part of the block

Pros

- Responsive management and super. They go above and beyond. - Decent layout and appliances - I like the bathroom layout but yeah, water pressure is meh and I wish the water could get hotter - Can't really hear my neighbor above me or the one next to me. Super said the building is made with concrete - Across the street from a Lincoln Market

Cons

- Infuriating loud music blasting at from the neighborhood. - No amenities other than accessible roof and a package room - Did I mention that it gets reaaallllyyyyy loud at night cause the neighbors like to throw party? You can't escape the sound no matter which unit you're in.

Advice to the owners

Please buy up the rest of the block and ban everyone from hosting concerts at night lol
