Layout and large units, charming location, living in a brownstone

Old appliances, roaches and mice, and poor water pressure

excellent block, great management, but still a 100+ year old building

Pros

The management is very responsive and the block itself is very quiet and close to the park and there is little street noise

Cons

It's old with some repairs needed to the stairs, the door, and other things that come with a building over 100 years old

Advice to the owners

just take care to clean a little more of the hallways
