Well-maintained building in a great location
Pros
Front desk and maintenance staff are wonderful and feel a part of your community at home. Building is very well maintained and clean, the crew and porters are very attentive and thorough. Never an issue with packages as they organize the well. TFC is responsive and building is stabilized so YoY increases are nominal, in our opinion. The location is unbeatable: you’re close to the park and Greenpoint. You are equidistant (5 mins) to Lorimer/Metropolitan and Bedford subways.
Cons
Walls and floors/ceilings are on the thin side so you will occasionally hear your neighbors walking above you and next door if they have heavy bass on. That said, residents are a mix of families and professionals so they are mostly respectful. North 10th is a street that will have double parkers from the business across the street or building deliveries. It’s also a street that fire trucks come down so living on the street can occasionally be noisy but not anything out of the ordinary from normal city noise.

Kind or a weird design that requires a long trek to the elevator on one side of the building.
