Lucky to find such a decent landlord

Pros:
Landlord is super responsive and understanding. Let us choose a paint color and painted it for us. Gave us a new bathroom sink/vanity and mirror cause the other was worn down. Gave us a break on rent during pandemic. He also keeps a communal grill in the backyard and keeps it stocked with gas.
Cons:
Nothing! Sometimes the block can be noisy because a loud group likes to hang on a particular stoop.

Pros:
The owners are super nice and care about the community they create in the building. People in the building are very nice, building well maintained. Laundry room very convenient. Felt very at-home here.
Cons:
Nothing really. Just moved out because a bit too expensive without a roommate.
Advice to owner:
Nothing really, didn’t have any real complaints.
