Pests pests galore
Former Tenant
Pros:
The heat was usually on during the coldest days
Cons:
When I moved in, they gave me a stove which wasn’t working properly and caused the carbon monoxide detector to go off.

So many cockroaches and multiple mice. You can hear them squeaking in the walls.

There’s basically no garbage system. Just dump your trash in front of the building.

Super is very lazy and unresponsive most times.

Dead mice in the stairwells and hallways.

No one ever cleans.

No updates what so ever

Management office is a pain.

Neighbors leave trash outside of their apartment doors.

Loud music playing way past 12am.
Advice to owner:
This place is disgusting at this point there is no other way to save it unless you do renovation.

Hire a better exterminator. The mice problem is crazy. I’ve had mice on my couch, crawling on my countertops and swimming in my sink.
