Could be better
Pros
Great location and the apartment itself is nice. I have a large bedroom layout and it fits my needs.
Cons
Building is not cleaned. The hallways are always full of packages and neighbors just leave them there. The block attracts allot of grifters and homeless people which is not great. There is trash on the sidewalk always.
Advice to the owners
There is new building management taking over this week and I am seeing cleaning crews. This is a good first step but the building needs to be cleaned regularly and the walls could use refinishing. The felt decorative walls are covered and dust which need to go.
