Nice building, overpriced
Former Tenant
Pros:
Finally updated common areas, building staff is amazing
Cons:
Way overpriced for what you get. The units look nice, but quality isn’t great. Things break often and can take time to fix, pest/rodent issues are hard to get rid of due to cracks, holes, etc. Only one working elevator for the last year or so.
