Nice building with responsive management and maintenance
Former Tenant
Pros:
Overall, this has been a lovely building to live in. The doormen are very nice. Water pressure is great. It can be a bit hot in the winter with the heat and a bit cold in the summer with the A/C but that can easily be managed by opening the windows. Living on an upper floor, noise was not too much of an issue. The maintenance team is responsive on weekdays and weekends. No pests that I’ve had in the apartment. If you can afford to live here, I highly recommend!
Cons:
There was a gas leak which caused the gas to be shut off in my apartment for 4-5 months. While this was very annoying, the building management gave frequent updates and provided the affected residents with hot plates and a large toaster oven since we couldn’t use the stove or oven. So overall I think they handled it nicely.
Advice to owner:
Some apartments could use some updates and renovations as they are a little out dated.

Continental Towers is a great!
Former Tenant
Pros:
This is very well run building with great staff and in a great location.
Cons:
Building is approx. half rentals and half owners so sometimes you can run into stuck up neighbors.
Advice to owner:
Continue doing what you're doing.

Well managed building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Staff are friendly and responsive. On site management company is professional.
Cons:
Large number of units so elevators and lobby could be busy during peak hours. Tenants are not allowed to have dogs.

old building such a pain
Former Tenant
Pros:
i love the location
Cons:
management not too responsive;
windows are so thin it hardly blocks the heat, coldness or noise (no wonder why the building has an energy efficiency rating of D)

Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is clean and well kept, owners and tenants are respectful and staff are top notch. Laundry room is large, modern and clean. Parking garage in building. Nice roof deck. Management is proactive and communicative.
Cons:
Elevators go out of service frequently but are usually fixed quickly.
