Serviceable Studio in EV
Pros
Unit has a all-in-one washer dryer in the unit. Building landlords are responsive to requests/questions.
Cons
Building is away from transit access, noisy neighbourhood, studio unit itself is small, building lobby isn’t the cleanest.

Love it!
Pros
The street is very quiet, neighbors are older and friendly, super is very responsive, garbage management is excellent and workers are very friendly
Cons
Management/ owner is very unresponsive, we got our lease signed extremely late and when malfunctioning dishwasher broke numerous times for the same reason the unit was not replaced
