Pros:
Decent size for price for west village, appliances a bit old but working fine. Water pressure is decent
Cons:
During summer, lots of lanternflies congregate in the garden. Less of an issue not the first floor. Some first floor units are above the water boiler and get pretty bad temperature fluctuations, and package people always ring the first floor

A key for package delivery

Huge rent increases in 2022. Big rat problem outback, but not sure it's any worse than other buildings so still 4 stars.
