Well located, rent stabilized
Cons:
Although I am very clean and I covered the holes I could, there is a persistent pest problem due to extremely messy, dirty neighbors and nothing is done by the owner to solve the issue.
Advice to owner:
Comply with Indoor Allergen Hazards Law (Local Law 55) to resolve the issue.

AMAZING place to live

this building is insane. I still feel so lucky to live here despite being a 6th floor walk up. mgmt is responsive, neighbors are all polite, but the best thing is that it’s rent controlled. on top of already very reasonable rates. in the west village.

yes the apartments are small but they’re all fairly nice and mine was recently renovated and I think it’s truly an incredible deal for the area

we’ve noticed a few roaches in the spring! nothing terrible tho and easily taken care of
