Spacious three bedroom
Pros
Super clean, garbage cleanup, cleanup at our front door/den area, automatic door lock, mail/package super easy. They also did automatic pest control spraying. Super responsive at the beginning when we discovered mold in the fridge an washing machine.
Cons
Management would be responsive to pretty much everything except the electricity problems. I will say the electricity bill got so ridiculously high during the winter that we thought someone was rigging it or something (like $1300+). The supers are also a bit young, so they'd fix things, but some things weren't the most amazingly done (eg grout in shower). Honestly, bless them. They did what they could! In the bedroom closest to the street you can definitely hear things that are extra loud. BAU sounds are fine, but like if someone's yelling on the street or honking or sirens, it's loud, but that's also to be expected in NYC. Honestly, it becomes white noise.
Advice to the owners
Re-check the electricity wiring. The bill is way too insane for that to be normal.
