Great area, bad building, bad management

The neighborhood doesn't get much better than this.
Cons
It's the worst building on the block. Management isn't great.
Advice to the owners
If you want to get into West Village for under $4k/mo, you can here -- but you're going to be making compromises elsewhere.

Good location, terrible building and apartment

Good location in the West Village. Newer appliances
Cons
Terrible water leaks, mold issues and little heat. Management is not helpful
