Amazing location but live-in owner makes it not worth it

Pros

Great location and the unit itself is fine.

Cons

The carpet covering the stairwell is very dirty and the building reeks of a dirty dog odor. Owners have multiple big dogs and are unresponsive to requests for thorough cleaning.
