Nice building but useless management

Pros

Super is great, kind and keeps the building very clean.

Cons

SO many loud people, people smoking in apts, people siphoning mysterious liquids out their windows???? Management pretends to care at first but then will stop replying to you.

Advice to the owners

When a tenant alerts you about neighbors causing damage to their unit (and the tenants unit) perhaps you should reply

located at very noisy cross roads very noisy neighbors, loud dog had the occasional roach come in windows aren’t fully sealed so water from upstairs neighbor A/C or rain comes pouring in
