I didn’t end up renting from this building but my experience with Sky High Realty during the application process was one of the sketchiest I’ve ever had. The agents called me almost daily to schedule different show times yet repeatedly refused to show me the specific apartment I was interested in. They tried to pressure me into taking a different apartment in the building without even seeing it. The agents clearly weren’t communicating with each other and the entire experience was disorganized and unprofessional. To top it off, they never returned my deposit so I had to get my bank involved. I don't trust an owner who uses this company. Also u have to pay for your own heat and hot water at this building so coned bills are $600+ in the winter

Don't use SkyHigh Realty - they are incompetent and untrustworthy
