It was the worst.

The best thing about the apartment was that it was affordable

Cons

There was a rat in the walls that eventually clawed its way out from the ceiling. After repeated complaints over months I just moved out. The owners never did anything.

Great neighborhood, decent size, no massive complaints, great for price

Cons

A few things here and there, mice come and go, wood floorings are low quality, no amenities whatsoever, hot in summer and freezing in winter (or over heated)
