The building is clean, and it's always quiet.

Pros:
Laundry is located within the building.
Cons:
Water bugs, mice are a problem with the building. And recently, there are rats that are running in front of the building and in the basement.
Advice to owner:
Fix the pest problem.

Not that bad.

Pros:
Heat, pretty clean.
Cons:
Building across the street tenants noisy, packages get stolen. Need to update exterior of the building. Hot water could be hotter.
Advice to owner:
Could be more attentive to residents needs.( security packages, apartment fixes).
