Great location, seems nice at first but sadly not worth it

Pros

So close to Central Park, quiet, large apartment, elevator

Cons

Restaurants on the ground floor leading to lots of pests and have seen many roaches, wind comes through cracks in floors/between the floor and the wall leading to cold winters. Super, Zoji Paco, is the rudest most disrespectful person I have ever met. Will yell at you for everything regardless of the situation or whether it is your fault. Will not do anything about roach problem or clean apartment before you move in.

Stop being a slumlord
