Pros
None at all! The building is loud, everything breaks down, and the landlords/managers aren’t responsive.
Cons
When I lived here, our roof kept tearing in and it would leak; our ac never worked, and they used to take at least a month to do any repairs we report. Most importantly, I moved out this apartment 2 yrs ago, and they still haven’t given me my deposit or a receipt with withholdings- I had to take them to court, and I won in my favor, and they still haven’t returned it to me! THEY DON’T DO GOOD BUSINESS!
Advice to the owners
Do better business, do your job and fix things when they break down, put updated appliances in the apartment.

Pros
Relatively quiet corner. Good location near amenities. Was renovated about 5 years ago. Good shower. Good air & heat.
Cons
Mgmt reacts quick but repairs are bare minimum. Leaks happen randomly from ceilings. Lots of kids in building, neighbors can be loud, messy and bad at trash disposal. Issues with cockroaches and mice. Disruptive homeless characters show up during random hours outside.
Advice to the owners
Do more check ins with neighbors. Many are living in disgusting conditions and making a mess of the whole apt building. Also get a better exterminator to come more often. Fix leaks on multiple floors.
