Literally steps from the Q Above a bodega with a cute cat Friendly tenants Any time I had an issue with the apartment, the super responded quickly and never made me feel bad about it. Walkable to Central Park
Cons
Floors are super slanted Stairs are very narrow and steep Radiators kept hissing steam - hard to regulate how hot the apartment got Had to bid over asking to get the apartment, they still raised my rent the next year and II had to move No dishwasher, small sink No laundry Strict no pets policy
Advice to the owners
Stop raising the rent

Location and subway entrance is right outside your door!
Cons
Rodent issue was a massive problem and the owner did NOT care at all. Nothing was fixed properly or quickly.

Fix the building!
