Former tenant·Over 1 year ago

Solid walkup apartment

Pros

Great location, standard walk up building.

Cons

No laundry in building, apartment on first avenue - quite loud. I was on the 5th floor of the walk up.

Former tenant·Over 2 years ago

Nice building, needs some aesthetic maintenance

Pros

I love the location, overall great building and neighbors. Very rare pest sighting, none inside apartment. Heating pipes are WAY loud

Cons

would love if the lobby area and stairs looked a little more updated and clean sometimes
