Nice neighborhood but not a nice building.

Pros:
Stabilized rent that’s about it
Cons:
Everything is old, when you move in they don’t even paint the apartment. Have to keep asking for things to get fixed.
Advice to owner:
Hire people that know what they are doing. Fix your building because it’s falling apart.
