We loved our 6.5 years living in the building. It is a perfect area and apartment for starting a family. We brought our newborn home to 202 Marine and have fantastic memories about our time there. Nick was an ideal landlord. Not obtrusive in anyway but promptly responded to any issues we had during our time. Cannot recommend highly enough.
