Good apartment with some caveats

Pros

Great location, the rooms are pretty comfortable, good closets

Cons

Had difficulty with pests including roaches, the hallways are super dark and dirty. There was no fire extinguisher. The management takes a while to get back to you.

Advice to the owners

Please be more prompt in getting back to tenants.

Great location but extremely loud

Pros

Right in the heart of Williamsburg, close to the L, J, M, Z trains. Great food and bars nearby

Cons

It's SO loud. It's above a restaurant (Layla) and whenever there are people on the outdoor patio you can hear every word. Terrible if you're trying to have a quiet night in. Both bedrooms overlook the patio.

Advice to the owners

Get noise cancelling windows
