Loved living in this place

Pros:
Location, backyard, hardwood floors, high ceilings, big kitchen, laundry in building, close to train station
Cons:
had to leave after one year because the owner decided to sell the building.
some plumbings are old and might need to be changed soon.

Pros:
great brown stone with garden (controlled by the landlord)
Cons:
landlord is dishonest and a liar. She said she was putting her daughter in the house when she just wanted to kick me out.
too controlling and spying on tenant’s business.
landlord control the heat and it was 55C all time, freezing.
drug party by other young addicted and alcoholic tenants
Advice to owner:
be honest to your tenants. no need to lie and being dishonest.
chose the right tenants, avoid young tenants doing drugs.
