Pros

Live-in Super Laundry in building but most people use neighboring building's laundry (Open to public) Heat and hot water is consistent. Views are amazing and gets a consistent sunlight throughout the day Generally a quiet building.

Cons

Management is responsive but doesn't complete work. Super is responsive but nothing really gets done. Rodent issue is massive.

Avoid cheap duct tape fixes.
