Neighbors and downstairs wine bar are easy-going, friendly, and the location is almost unbeatable.
Cons
Owners are two spoiled kids who won't lift a finger to answer the phone, repairs won't be made in a timely manner unless you threaten to call 311, and blame tenants when the one maintenance guy can't figure out how to do the job right. Heads-up: the owners' broker picks and chooses who he decides to assess a fee. Turn him down - there's far better buildings in the neighborhood.

Heat. Hot water. Management responsiveness. Attitude toward tenants. Easy on the trigger to take tenants to court. Building is ran like an old school Italian Mafia.
